Hi, I’m Lucas Lehninger.
I’ve spent the last two years behind the camera as a videomaker, shooting on mobile and drone. Filming is what taught me that color is where a story finds its temperature, and in early 2026 I moved into color grading for good, studying color science and the way color is used in cinema.
That’s my work now: grading in DaVinci Resolve, in a color-managed pipeline that runs from camera original to final delivery, so the image holds together from the first shot to the last and serves both the story and the visual identity of the project.
Anyone who shoots knows the fear of watching an idea get lost in post. My job is the opposite of that: to step in alongside your team, understand what the director and the DP were after, and hand the film back looking the way it was meant to look.
